Receive your product.
Customers are responsible for mailing their malfunctioning product in for repair by Canada Post Service.

Customers should ensure that their product is well-packaged and the following information is enclosed:

Phone number
Email address
Return address
Please do not send in any accessories except the item to be repaired.
It is important for customers to keep the tracking number provided by Canada Post. The tracking number can be found on the receipt or the shipping label.
Most repairs can be done in one to two days.
After the repair is done, customers will receive an invoice for payment.
We accept INTERAC e-Transfer or Credit/Debit via PayPal.
The product will be shipped back via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.
