Visitor Information

Customers are welcome to stop by anytime during our business hours - no appointment needed. For non‑local clients, we recommend booking an appointment before visiting so we can make sure everything is ready for you.

Our office is located in a commercial building on King George Boulevard in Surrey, just a short walk from the King George SkyTrain Station. The front entrance faces King George Boulevard, with the building number 9850, right beside Jollibee, so we’re easy to spot.

When you arrive, please take the elevator (not the stairs) up to the third‑floor reception and give us a quick call so we can meet you right away. If the front door or elevator happens to be inaccessible, or if you need help finding us, feel free to call - we’re always happy to assist.

Parking Information

Underground parking is available in the same lot as Save On Foods. Our elevator is located at the black wall marked “SPACES” - please do not use the blue wall.

Before heading upstairs, please register your licence plate at the parking meter beside our elevator to receive one hour of free parking. When you arrive at our reception on the 3rd floor, you can scan the QR code card to extend your parking to two hours free.

Mail-In Service (Canada-Wide)

Playtime Repair Services offers a reliable Canada‑wide Mail‑In repair program for customers who cannot visit our Surrey location. Devices can be shipped to our facility for repair, cleaning, or diagnostic service. Once received, our technicians will complete the required work promptly and with care, then return your device safely to you.
