Pack your product, bring it to a Canada Post office, and ship it to us.

 

Your product will be repaired within one to two days.

Pay with e-Transfer or PayPal

Receive your product.

  • Fill out a repair request form to get an estimate.
  • Customers are responsible for sending their faulty items to us for repair via Canada Post.
  • Customers are liable for both the incoming and outgoing shipping fees.

The address must be written entirely. Any missing information may result in a delayed or lost package.

 

  • Customers should ensure that their product is well-packaged and the following information is enclosed:

Full name

Phone number

Email address

Return address

  • Please do not send any accessories unless they require repair as well.​
  • It is important for customers to keep the tracking number provided by Canada Post. The tracking number can be found on the receipt or the shipping label.
  • Most repairs can be done in one to two days.
  • After the repair is done, customers will receive an invoice for payment.
  • We accept INTERAC e-Transfer or Credit/Debit via PayPal.
  • The items will be returned using the method requested by customers (default is Canada Post Expedited).
