  • Playtime Repair Services strives to keep all saved data during repair. However, due to the nature of some situations, saved data cannot always be retained or recoverable.
  • It is customers' responsibility to backup and restore saved data.
  • We do not fix water damaged products. 
  • We do not modify game consoles.

Pack your product, bring it to a Canada Post office, and ship it to us.

 

Your product will be repaired within one to two days.

Pay with e-Transfer or PayPal

Receive your product.

  • Customers are responsible for mailing their malfunctioning product in for repair by Canada Post Service.

  • Customers should ensure that their product is well-packaged and the following information is enclosed:
    • Full name
    • Phone number
    • Email address
    • Return address
  • Please do not send in any accessories except the item to be repaired.
  • It is important for customers to keep the tracking number provided by Canada Post. The tracking number can be found on the receipt or the shipping label.
  • Most repairs can be done in one to two days.
  • After the repair is done, customers will receive an invoice for payment.
  • We accept INTERAC e-Transfer or Credit/Debit via PayPal.
  • The product will be shipped back via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.

 

Warranty Information

 

  • All repairs come with a six-month warranty.
  • Warranty liability shall be limited to repairing or replacing the defective part(s) we provided.
  • Warranty will be void if physical or liquid damage occurred after repair.
